"Ebenhaëzer" crewed by Rachel Leech and 1-yr old Henrietta Leech completed the Green and Silver route as follows:
Cast-off family home/mooring: 15th April: Abbey House, Athlone, where Tom Rolt (Green & Silver author) tied up to visit Henrietta’s great-grandfather, Walter Milligan on many occasions (now four generations earlier)
Remained in Grand Canal Dock for one month to attend sailing event with Old Gaffer’s Association, Poolbeg Yacht Club (River Liffey).
Returned to Abbey House, Athlone Sunday 5th June, following brief visit to HBA 10 yr anniversary at Banagher, 4th June
Other crew included: McGonigles, Brownes, Begents, Farrells , Lola Leech, David Miller & more. Ebenhaëzer is a Dutch Sailing Barge (Tjalk 1903), LOA 63ft (68 in lock due to mast overhang). Beam: 13ft 3 ins. More on the boat can be found at here
