Thanks a lot ! Looks great , but some numbers on the markers are wrong ! Have checked markers and numbers the easter weeks and 30c8,9,10,11 are only without identification numbers existing. But, Hmm, sorry, perhaps WI have done her homeworks ?? Where can I buy such a new WI map ?? Please post it or email me ! Thank you very much for your information - Udo ps. Here's my freehand sketch from april, and I'm surely not angry about your smile !!
Quote: you can get the maps online here [shop.iwai.ie] or direct from WI HQ Enniskillen
The said passage is on the IBRA charts since last (the 2011) season (see attached - chart and sniplet ©Shannon Leisure Development Company Ltd). The charts can be got from Carrick Craft or most other hire boat operators. Hello The new western passage is definately deeper than the eastern passage. Think the onliest problem is potential upcoming weeds during the season, and its a little difficult to find the entrance, if coming from the Knockninny side. Eastern passage -At the beginning of the season, the floating log and stones from the Colebrook R.are a big problem, and some boats get damaged, especially the propeller. Tirraroe bay course seems not dangerous and should be deep enough, but south of Bockan Island are few shallows, with some groundings in the Easter week. This is my experience - hope it helps a little bit ! Udo Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum. Online UsersGuests within the past 30 minutes:
