Paul,
Go to www.bookfinder.com
stick in the title - Dublin an Urban History
select the top opiton
You'll see its available form among others Kenny's (Galway) for €45,72 (incl delivery) and Books Upstairs(Dublin) - €48,78 (p&p included)

The version you saw might be the limited edition of 75 described as
"Special limited edition, designed and produced by Associated Editions. Bound in black cloth debossed with he plan of the city on the front. Inside the covers of the book there are four beautiful pullout maps showing the development of the city over a 150-year period. The book is packaged in a matt silver-board slipcase. Strictly limited 75 copies, signed by the author, Niall McCullough, Director of McCullough Mulvin Architects." costs ~€300

...for the record, while there are some fascoinating photos in it, it hasn't "grabbed me" - don't know why as its the type of thing I usually devour!

I usually use Alibris as the first port of call for used books but this time
hit Kennys first. They had it at ?45.00, Alibris wanted ?45.28 and you say
Bookfinders wanted ?45.72. I suppose these small differences are the site
owners compensation.

I bought it and now you tell me it didn't grab you !

Ah well I rarely take personal recommendations for either books or
restaurants.
