At (IWAI) we take your privacy and your information security very seriously. IWAI will not sell or rent your personal contact information to anyone. As a member of the association and registered user of this web site we do not give out any of your personal contact information without your express permission. Your contact information will only be used by IWAI for the purposes of managing your membership and to notify you of association events. Your contact information will not be visible or available to other users, the public, but only IWAI executive officers such as the national membership secretary and your own branch secretary. The personal contact data provided is stored on our secure computerised database to enable us to respond to your requests, keep you updated and informed about our work and how your support is being used. We may communicate with you in the future by mail, email and telephone.


Personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, email address) is protected on a computerised system to ensure that loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information is not probable. We do NOT store credit card information, instead when making online payments we use WorldPay secure servers for credit card payments which return only an authorisation code to our web site. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times to avoid unauthorized use of your IWAI membership account.


Our web site uses cookies – information that is sent by IWAI to your computer when you log onto our web site. We use the information collected to help us understand more about how our web site is used by our members and how we could improve the web site to better suit your needs. Contacting You

IWAI will not send you our email newsletters at any time unless you have opted in to receive them. All newsletters from IWAI include the option to unsubscribe.
