Olymups Caravan For Sale in Castlerea, Roscommon from jim bo

adverts.ie

Olymups Caravan, Used Caravans & Mobile Homes For Sale in Castlerea, Roscommon, Ireland for 600.00 euros on Adverts.ie.

A possible solution for our live aboard communities......you could possibly then also get a spokesman from Pavee Point to take up that aspect of the cause....!!

Parking of caravans etc. on canal property.

29. (1) No person shall park a caravan or any vehicle on canal property in such a place or in such a manner as to cause or be likely to cause danger, injury, damage, obstruction or interfere with the use of the canal property.
(2) No person shall park a caravan or any vehicle at the same place on canal property, or within 500 metres of the same place, for a period of more than one week, except with the written permission of the Commissioners.
(3) Any caravan or vehicle may be removed and stored by, or on the authority of, the Commissioners where such caravan or vehicle is parked in contravention of this Bye-law.

Apologies Alan, I had intended to credit you for this (from bookface) but forgot to...!!

Perhaps we should also advise Pavee Point to inform all of their members that it is perfectly legal for them to park their "vessels" along the towpaths (provided they don't cause an obstruction etc) and they move at least 500 meters every 7 days....?? No permits AT ALL required. WI are on record as welcoming Camper Vans and it should add greatly to the vibrancy and equality they seek to achieve....!!

I have designed a cold moulded cat (twin hull) platform that will allow caravans to take to the waterways via slipways. ( we put boats on trailers don,t we?). Why not put "trailers" on boats?
