  Hi all
  
  Sorry if this is a bit off-topic but it does involve waterways. Does anyone know who is responsible for the upkeep of the various fishing platforms that have been installed on some of the loughs?

  As far as I know some are under installed by Inland Fisheries Ireland, some are local authority and some are installed by local angling clubs in co-operation with either the LA or IFI
  
  You would need to speak to local fishermen to try to identify who is responsible

  Thanks Kay. I’ll check out IFI to start with. They look fairly official.
