Canal overflowing at Charlemeont St Bridge ??

Greetings,

We had a report this AM that the Grand Canal in Dublin was overtopping the
gates at Charlemont St. Bridge and flooding some of the surrounding area.
WI have been informed. I don’t know whether this is just a few gallons on
the roadway or something more serious. If there was anyone in the area,
could they report back ?

Hi Colin

I walked past it at lunchtime and it seemed fine. There were two WI
‘dredgers’ in the area at the time.
